St Stephen's Community Living Centre in Ringwood East, is a friendly place that offers programs to foster the individual wellbeing of mind, body and spirit.  We encourage the growth of accepting, caring communities and activities are provided in a relaxed and supportive environment.

St Stephen's Community Living Centre is proudly sponsored by the

We are very appreciative of their support enabling us to continue to offer a wide variety of interesting and low cost activities each term to our local community.

We would also like to thank the Maroondah City Council for their support of our centre. 

Term 2, 2012, will see our centre offering a wonderful selection of programs: Tai Chi and Yoga  will be returning, along with the popular Belly Dance and Weekly Walking Group and Strength Training, with three sessions to choose from.

New programs for term  include: 

Kickbox Cardio with Penny. A fun and total body workout

Boxing Skills with Penny.  A class using a mixture of cardio and boxing moves for a great workout.

Quilling.  Make some beautiful quilled flowers.

Spanish 4 Travellers. 

German for Beginners & Advanced, also German 4 Travellers.  A great way to exercise the brain, make new friends and gain a new skill that will be of great use next time you venture to Europe.

Yoga for Mums and Babies.  Enjoy a relaxed and bonding time with your baby during this class of gentle stretching.

Arm chair Travel will take you to new places each month. So far we have visited America, Transylvania in Romania, Vietnam, Myanmar, why not join us soon.

Fun With Music will return again on Fridays for parents and little children to enjoy.
